Hi, I’m Camila

And I am the heart behind Captured by Camila. I wanted to share a bit about myself as I know how important it is to truly know and trust your wedding vendors.

Anyone who knows me personally knows my love for weddings. As I began planning my own, that love only grew and I realised just how much thought, time, and heart goes into every little detail. When you pour so much love into creating such a meaningful day, you want to make sure it’s documented in a way that reflects it all.

After my own engagement party, I realised how much of it went undocumented, and I wanted other couples to stay fully present on such special occasions without sacrificing the documentation of all these meaningful moments. That’s where my love for wedding content creation began.

Outside of weddings, I am a proud mam to my beautiful daughter, and a 2027 bride to be, so I truly understand how meaningful every little detail feels. I love travelling, and I’m always planning the next trip away,

I love meeting new people and experiences, which is why wedding content creation feels like such a natural fit for me.
